General Questions
Is Kindrid Smart Giving secure?
Yes. All financial information is stored with bank level security. All information is encrypted and stored by our banking partner to Level 1 PCI compliant standards. Level 1 PCI compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party, Level 1 PCI is the highest possible rating. Additionally all transmission to our banking partner and on our site is via an encrypted HTTPS connection.
If there is a giving error, can i get a refund?
Yes, If you make a mistake, text Refund to cancel your last gift amount. You must text Refund within 15 minutes to refund the gift. If you need a refund after 15 minutes have passed, contact the MFC office at 304-722-6271
Will this show up on my Cell Phone Bill?
No. this form of giving draws straight from the debit card that you use at the time of your setup.
Can I test out Smart Giving?
Yes, to test out Smart Giving simply text the word "demo" to the number 616-328-6953.
Can I edit my information?
Yes. You can edit your information, switch out payment sources, and view your giving history by texting the word EDIT to your churches giving number.
Do I need to open up a new merchant account?
No. Kindrid provides an end-to-end solution. All gifts are tracked through the Kindrid dashboard.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Two to Three minutes! It's a very simple process to set up your account and begin giving your first gifts, then from then on all of your information is saved!

Send to 2910 Kanawha Terrace Saint Albans, WV 25177. Make checks payable to MFC. Make sure to designate where you would like for the funds to go on the memo line of your check.
Tithe & Offering:
The current methods of giving in our worship services will remain unchanged. Smart Giving just gives you another way of worshiping through giving.
